The Down’s Syndrome Association supports all people who have Down’s syndrome, and their parents and carers, throughout their lives. From before birth into older age, the DSA provides services to everyone.

We are a national organisation, committed to improving quality of life for people who have Down’s syndrome, promoting their right to be included on a full and equal basis with others.

We provide information, training, advocacy, resources, friendship, activity and health promotion, an employment service and a Helpline, which is the heart of what we do.

We include people who have Down’s syndrome in all aspects of our work and they tell us what is important to them.

The Down’s Syndrome Association is here to amplify the voices of people who have Down’s syndrome by working together.

The Down’s Syndrome Association’s WorkFit programme is committed to supporting people who have Down’s syndrome to achieve their career ambitions and supporting employers to welcome our candidates into their workplaces. People who have Down’s syndrome have a range of skills and abilities to offer that can enhance a team, and many WorkFit candidates have been supported into roles within the logistics sector. The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge is a great opportunity for colleagues to embrace and celebrate the benefits that diversity brings to their organisation, through a fun and inclusive event that emphasises the positive contributions of every participant. We are proud to be supporting this event and hope to bring to the forefront the valuable contribution that individuals with learning disabilities can bring. Good luck to everyone involved!
