Every driver should be able to leave for a day’s work without the fear they may not come home because of a lack of training, or dangerous vehicles and roads. Every family should be able to access vital healthcare; nobody should be left behind. Every person should have the opportunity to build the skills they need to transform their future.

Transaid transforms lives through safe, available, and sustainable transport. Founded by Save the Children, The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), and its Patron, HRH The Princess Royal, Transaid has more than 20 years’ expertise in multiple countries with partners and governments – empowering people to build the skills they need to transform their own lives. Transaid focuses on professional driver training, transport management systems and rural access to transport, to solve some of the biggest transport challenges in economically developing countries.

For 2020, Transaid is delighted to support Talent in Logistics through The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge. As a global organisation working with a diverse range of individuals across sub-Saharan Africa, Transaid understands the importance of diversity and fully supports the promotion of inclusivity in the workforce.

Transaid is looking forward to partnering with The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge and finding out what’s in-store for the teams involved in the challenge in 2021.
