Through diversity, we are all stronger. We believe The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge represents and highlights this truth and are delighted to be a part of the initiative.
Diversity is something we have long championed, for example through establishing Road to Logistics alongside the RHA with a programme designed to attract new talent into the industry across under-represented groups. We also run graduate schemes to foster and develop new talent, and have supported the likes of Career Ready to promote logistics to entirely new audiences.
As we continue to see throughout Covid and beyond, logistics is vitally important in keeping the country running. The industry needs and deserves the best talent, and we encourage that talent wherever it's discovered.
