NOVUS works with seven leading Universities to provide applied, sector-relevant education. For students studying business, operations, logistics and supply chain degrees, NOVUS provides guest lectures, mentoring, placements for the summer and a third year year-long industrial placement, in addition to guaranteed graduate employment. We do this through our 26 sponsors, who, in return, get the cream of the graduate crop, guaranteed “work ready”.
