The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge
The UK Warehousing Association (UKWA) is Britain’s leading trade organisation dedicated to warehousing and the voice of the warehousing sector. With more than 1,000 member companies across the UK, UKWA represents a diverse community of warehousing operators, logistics service users and businesses providing products and services to the sector.
UKWA provides a platform for the industry to share knowledge, insight and best practice, while representing the interests of its members to government, policymakers and other stakeholders.
Through its policy and public affairs work, industry events, training and professional development, research, publications and practical resources, UKWA supports members and promotes high standards across the sector.
At the heart of UKWA’s work are four core priorities: talking about warehousing, raising industry standards, building community and helping members.

Recognising the importance of this, we introduced a brand-new UKWA Award for Excellence in Inclusive Employment as part of our 2026 Awards for Excellence, recognising organisations taking meaningful action to attract, retain and support a diverse workforce.
Initiatives such as The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge provide an important platform to celebrate positive action, share good practice and encourage organisations across our sector to keep diversity and inclusion high on the agenda. UKWA is delighted to continue supporting the Challenge and the businesses working to make warehousing a more inclusive industry for everyone."
