We operate bus services across London on behalf of Transport for London. We are part of the Abellio group, carrying 150 million passengers per year, operating 700 buses and employing 2,500 staff across 6 depots in Central, South and West London.
We believe that public transport is a vital part of community life and we aim to offer easier journeys, every day, through offering a professional and quality service in everything we do.
Diversity is one of the things we’re most proud of at Abellio London Bus! With almost every country in the world represented among our colleagues we see the benefits that such a fantastic mix of people bring to our company. This is something that is also reflected amongst our management teams.
Additionally we’ve seen an improving trend on gender diversity in recent years and now have 50% female operational managers – a traditionally male role. We actively encourage diversity in all that we do – it improves our thought leadership and makes for a simply fantastic business culture.
